Built Across Markets. Positioned Between Them.

My perspective was shaped across North Africa, the Gulf and Europe, through years of living, working and building across different markets.

Having lived in Qatar and Dubai and worked across European and international markets, I understand that entering the GCC is not simply a translation exercise.

It requires understanding how people search, evaluate trust, communicate, compare options and make decisions.

Today, I bring that cross-market perspective to Southeast Asia, helping businesses in Thailand and Malaysia understand, reach and convert GCC and Arabic-speaking customers.

I don't replace local expertise. I connect it with a market I understand deeply.

  • Qatar · Dubai / UAE

    Gulf experience

First-hand cultural and commercial exposure to Gulf business environments, and to the different ways Arabic-speaking customers communicate and decide.

  • Germany · European client markets

    European business & growth

Professional and entrepreneurial experience in Europe, including growth work for businesses and projects connected to Germany and Italy.

  • Tunisia

    North African & Arabic foundation

An Arabic, French and English multilingual perspective, and growth work for Tunisian businesses and projects.

  • Thailand · Malaysia

    Southeast Asia

The current operating focus: connecting businesses in Thailand and Malaysia with GCC demand. A specialized offer built on the experience above, not on existing local clients.

Market-Entry Thinking. Hands-On Growth Execution.

Businesses usually meet the GCC through one of two kinds of provider. Each covers half of the problem.

  • Digital marketing agency

    Runs campaigns.

Executes well inside a market you already understand. GCC market context usually has to come from somewhere else.

  • Market-entry consultant

    Produces research and recommendations.

Clear on strategy and opportunity. Someone still has to build and measure the acquisition channel.

  • Wadhah Belhassen

    Combines both.

    • Market intelligence
    • Cultural understanding
    • Localization
    • Customer acquisition
    • Conversion infrastructure
    • Measurement

I don't just tell you whether the GCC is an opportunity. I help build and measure the acquisition channel, with your team, and without promising results nobody can guarantee.

Traffic Is Only One Part of Growth

Running Google Ads on a weak website, a poor landing page or a broken tracking system can waste advertising budget. A click is only the start of a customer journey.

That is why I analyze the complete acquisition system instead of the campaign in isolation. Where the problem sits decides where the money should go first.

Traffic Is Only One Part of Growth

  1. 01Search demand
  2. 02Campaign
  3. 03Landing page
  4. 04User behavior
  5. 05Conversion
  6. 06Qualified lead, booking or customer
  7. 07Measurement

This is the main difference in how I work: I look for the weakest link in the chain before recommending more spend.

Why GCC & Arabic Markets, and Why I Validate First

Thailand and Malaysia attract international customers in categories where search-led acquisition can work: medical and dental care, hospitality, travel, dining, fitness and property. Arabic-speaking audiences are one segment where the digital journey may be thin or missing.

That does not make the GCC market profitable for every business in Thailand or Malaysia, and I won't pretend it does. The opportunity has to be validated before any advertising budget is recommended.

If the numbers don't support a market, I will say so. A clear "not yet" is a useful answer.

What I check first

  1. 01Tourism data
  2. 02Search demand
  3. 03Google Keyword Planner volumes and CPC signals
  4. 04Customer value and conversion economics
  5. 05Competitor visibility
  6. 06Language gaps in existing content
  7. 07Landing-page quality
  8. 08Advertising competition

I Add Expertise. I Don't Replace Your Team.

Keep your team. Add a new market.

You don't need to rebuild your organization to add a new market. I identify the opportunity, create the acquisition strategy and work with your existing specialists to put it in place.

I collaborate directly with

  • Business owners
  • Marketing managers
  • Internal marketing teams
  • Existing digital agencies
  • Web developers
  • Designers
  • Sales teams
  • Clinic coordinators
  • Hotel and hospitality teams

Everyone keeps their role. I bring the GCC and Arabic-market layer that is usually missing.

My Growth Methodology

Seven stages, with measurement built in from the start.

  1. 01

    Research

Demand, competitors, customer value and market fit, before any spend.

  2. 02

    Strategy

Which countries, offers and channels to prioritize, and why.

  3. 03

    Build

Landing pages, tracking and account structure, specified for your team to implement or built with them.

  4. 04

    Launch

Controlled start with conservative budgets and clear success definitions.

  5. 05

    Measure

Qualified leads, bookings, visits and customers, not only clicks.

  6. 06

    Optimize

Fix the weakest link in the chain, then the next one.

  7. 07

    Scale

Increase budget only where the data shows the economics hold.
